Service Delivery Manager (Maintenance, Services) Bangkok & KL
Axentel Technologies is an IT hardware maintenance solutions provider in Asia Pacific with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Brunie and USA.
We are looking for several experienced sales professionals to join our growing sales team in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the performance of services to clients as agreed in the contract and ensure that the service level are achieved
- Managed Field Engineers, Project and Process
- Define service level agreements (SLA’S) related to contracted services
- To manage the IT Service Delivery team, taking responsibility for service desk and operational support services
- Ensure SLA’s are achieved and client expectations are met
- To build services relationships with clients
- To ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
- To provide reports to an agreed schedule, including management and account performance reports
- Attend client’s service review meetings; including performance reports, service improvements, quality and processes
- To provide support in ad-hoc project delivery as and when required
Requirements :
- Diploma /Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and implementations
- Technically sound and experienced in different aspects of IT Infrastructure & in ITIL
- Strong communication skill & soft skill to provide excellent customer service
- Willing to travel
Senior Network Engineer (Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
- Capable of providing level 3 technical support for customers on Axentel’s in house maintenance program and installation of Cisco products
- Assist with network design, network configuration, technical mentorship and technical part training
- Troubleshoot, analysis, repairs and maintain products and equipment
- Interface with Technicians, logistics, and Sales
Requirements:
- Hands on experience of configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP network using Cisco/Juniper routers and switches
- Very good understanding of wired and wireless Networking fundamentals, Knowledge of VOIP is plus point
- Very good understanding of Network planning and designing concepts
- Able to troubleshoot hardware related issues with respect to Cisco and Juniper equipment’s
- CCNP, CCIE certification is a plus but not a must. Most important is hands on experience
- Ability to meet the needs of multiple customers with diverse requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Outlook
Senior System Engineer (Thailand & Hong Kong)
Job Description:
- System installation, configuration and administration on Multiple Operating System platforms (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, VMware ESXi, Sun Solaris, HP Unix, IBM AIX)
- Storage and network installation, configuration and administration
- Support all aspect of Axentel’s in house maintenance program
- Liaise with external parties and customers for problem resolution
- Understand users’ technical requirements, aid in providing a suitable architectural design, assist in specifying specifications & implementation of solution
Skills Set:
- Minimum 5 years of IT hands-on technical experience inclusive of 3 years of project management
- Strong technical experience in Windows, VMWare ESX (Unix a big plus)
- Good knowledge of storage technologies e.g. SAN, iSCSI, NFS, etc
- Good knowledge of network technologies e.g. load balancing, LACP, VLAN trunking, firewall, etc
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Strong communication skill
